Lots of Work in January

Starting the year off with a bang, so the race begins!  January brought auditions for Jacquelyn. She auditioned for the Chandler Youth Soloist  Competition, High School Talent Show, and going to audition on the 31st of January for Regional Orchestra. Basketball games for Klay (they still have yet to win a game). Klay is a defensive specialist on the team and has started about 5-6 games this season.  He is enjoying the playing time.  Cross Country Meets for Kelly. Kelly has done really good is working hard and running, even though it is not her favorite thing to do.  She has met a lot of friends and has improved her time consistently. School work for Madelyn and Brock. These two don't have a whole lot going on which is a good thing for their mom right now.  They have been a big help in harvesting the lemons and taking care of the house when every one is gone.  Harvesting the Lemons has been fun and a lot of work, but the home-made lemonade is worth it!  YUM! New Year's Resolutions for Kayla.  Kayla's word for the year is REMEMBER!  Work projects for Rick. Rick just finished Kayla's Christmas present, the laundry room!  He also put shelves in everyone's closets!  We are all busy and happy together!
