Wow! What an adventure Madelyn and Kayla had last week. Kayla decided to go with Madelyn to Science Camp. It is a 3 day, 2 night "field trip" for the 6th grade. They go every year. She didn't go with Jacquelyn, Klay or Kelly, so Kayla went finally this year-- 24 inches of snow. The most snow they have ever received! It was blizzard conditions the first full day we got there. Many of the activities or "classes" were pushed indoors. So many kids had never seen snow, let alone it snowing. It was an awesome time. A little too cold for some and a little too much snow. But we got to have a snow ball fight the last day! Luckily the next snow storm held off, so we could get home. It will be an experience Madelyn and Kayla will never forget! They are glad they are home and they are glad they live in SUNNY Mesa.
